Worood City

Located in the north of the Taif Governorate, the first resort of the Kingdom and the bride of the summer resorts, and in a privileged location within the urban area, adjacent to the Ash-Sharafiya and Al-Rahmaniya neighborhoods, and on one of the main roads coming from Makkah Al-Mukarramah (Al-Sail Road)

This project came with a coalition of major national and international companies under the umbrella of the Housing Program, one of the ambitious programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and under the supervision of the National Housing Company, the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing, and meets the needs of citizens in the Taif Governorate, whose number exceeded one million people

Worood City project is the largest project in the Taif Governorate, and even one of the Kingdom’s largest urban development projects

It includes the development of a land area of ​​more than 9 million square meters and the implementation of roads with a length of more than 112 linear kilometers, including all services, sidewalks and lighting.

5,400 residential villas with distinctive models will be built in the first phase of the project, which is allocated within 300 villas of the housing program to meet the needs and hope of a segment of housing beneficiaries registered in the ministry’s lists, which to date number more than 35,000 beneficiaries in the Taif governorate only.
