Taif Minaret

Taif Minaret is the third tallest Minaret in the world and the tallest Minaret in Saudi Arabia.

Taif Minaret is located in the center of Worood city. It is characterized by the beauty and uniqueness of the design and the choice of colors and lighting, as part of a distinguished study designed by Architect Ezaldeen AlSubainy. The design was inspired by the Lotus flower and its attractive and bright colors. Islamic ornaments were added to the minaret body.

The Minaret consists of four parts, the base, the longitudinal body, the balconies, and the crescent top.

The base of the minaret is divided into two parts, the main part being the mosque. The second part is the entrance to the balconies of the Minaret.

As for the longitudinal body, it consists of elevators and stairs to climb to the balconies of the Minaret.

The balconies are divided into two parts, an upper part for sitting and watching Worood city, and a lower part with zipline balconies.

The length of the Minaret from the base to the top of the crescent is about 155 m, which makes it the tallest in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
